PODly is an AI launch assistant for print-on-demand sellers, currently in founding beta. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill in our waitlist or intake form (hosted by Tally), we collect the details you choose to share: typically your name, email address, and information about your product ideas and shop. If you become a paying founding member, our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) processes your payment details, we never see or store your card information.
The Launch Pack generator
What you type into the generator is sent to our servers and on to our AI provider (Groq) purely to build your Launch Pack. We don't require an account, we don't save your prompts or packs to a PODly database, and we don't use them to train models. Your pack lives in your browser until you leave or start over.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your Launch Packs, contact you about your requests, send early-access updates you've asked for, and improve PODly. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the tools needed to run the service (our form provider, payment provider, and AI/automation providers that process your ideas to generate Launch Packs).
Early-stage service
PODly is an early-stage beta product. Our processes and providers may change as we grow; if they change in a way that affects your data, we'll update this page.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing us. Waitlist emails include an unsubscribe option.
