These terms govern your use of PODly during the founding beta. We've kept them short and honest, by using PODly, you agree to them.
The service
PODly is an early-stage (beta) AI launch assistant for print-on-demand, Etsy, and Shopify sellers. For each request, we deliver a Launch Pack: a product angle, a design brief, a print-prep checklist, listing copy starters, pricing guidance, and launch content ideas. Launch Packs are creative starting points, not finished products.
No guarantees
PODly does not guarantee sales, revenue, or audience growth. We do not guarantee that your designs or listings will be approved by any print-on-demand provider or marketplace, and we do not guarantee that any output is free of trademark or copyright conflicts. You are responsible for reviewing and clearing everything before you publish or sell.
Founding beta pricing
Founding members pay €9.99 per month for up to 3 Launch Packs per month, delivered within 24 hours during early access. Subscriptions are billed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Founding pricing applies for as long as your subscription stays active.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to review all Launch Pack output before using it, to comply with the rules of your chosen print providers and marketplaces, and not to use PODly for anything unlawful or infringing.
Changes
Because PODly is in beta, the service and these terms may evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
